We strive to provide you with a comprehensive room package that adds extra value to your stay with us. Our prices are based on double occupancy with extra charges for additional guests in your room or in some cases a lesser cost for a single person. Each price includes the following.  We include this as there are no other options in the area for meals:

  • Large, freshly prepared home cooked breakfast
  • 3 course dinner with fresh vegetables from our greenhouse
  • Tea service in your room as well as fresh filtered drinking water
  • Organic local coffee with your meals
  • Access to our sauna
  • Free WiFi

What is not included in your room price:

  • Lunches
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Soft drinks
  • Snacks
  • Transportation
  • Laundry
  • Horses
  • Local guides
  • Additional Guests in your cabin
  • Tips for the staff are additional and at your discretion (they are not included in your bill)
  • Our prices do not include taxes; however tourists are exonerated from this tax if you provide us with a copy of your passport and entry visa stamp. An 18 % Peruvian Tax is added if you need an official tax receipt.
  • Phone calls out of the area
  • Published Room Rates are already discounted when paying by cash, when paying by credit cards the price is 5% more.
  • For credit card payments (Visa only)
  • Credit Cards may be used for payment for your guestroom. Additional items need to be paid by soles or dollars. Please discuss in advance if this is a problem for you.
  • General Check Out is at 11:00 am and Check In after 1:00, however, as buses arrive early and leave late; please inquire about arriving early, having breakfast or leaving later and having dinner here.
  • We work only with reservations and deposits are required.  A 50% deposit is needed to hold the reservation. This deposit can be made in country via the Scotia Bank, an International Bank Transfer with a $25.00 charge for costs on our end, by Western Union or Visa on line. If you are coming from Canada, you may make a direct deposit there.
  • Deposits are non-refundable when cancelled within two weeks of the reservation. They are 50% refundable if canceled within two to four weeks of the reservation and 100% refundable a month or more prior. You are responsible for any related charges when refunding the money.
  • While at the Inn, you can pay your additional costs by Soles, USD $ in GOOD – GREAT condition or by Visa Credit Card ONLY (with a 5% surcharge)
  • You may also pay your whole room stay with us in advance.
  • Also note that coming as a tourist; please allow us to take a photocopy of your passport and the entrance stamp so that we can exempt you from the 18% Government Sales Tax on Hotels.
